1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all purchases. If you are not satisfied with our service for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date. No questions asked.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact Paddle's support team through our help portal or email us at support@n2ns.com with your order number. We aim to process all refund requests within 3-5 business days.

3. Consumer Right to Cancel

If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day of purchase. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send us your communication concerning your exercise of the cancellation right before the expiration of the 14-day period.

4. Effect of Cancellation

If you cancel your order as permitted above, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you. We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, and you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

5. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to the service until then, and no further charges will be made.
